10/31 CRUNCH IN - NAN

I did exercise today for 30 minutes but I didn't enjoy it!!!!! However, I did it and that's all that counts.

I have lost three pounds already which has to be water weight. But that's o.k., I don't mind.

I really need to work on my eating habits. I need to eat more healthy. I tend to get busy and will skip lunch but that's not a good idea. So today I ate a yogurt for lunch and finished off the rest of the pretzel. Real healthy.

Oh well, there's always tomorrow! We're invited to someone's house for dinner so I'll have to be careful and not snack to much while I'm there.

That's great that you've lost 3 lbs. already...water weight is still extra bloat, so it has to be the first to go, but the fat will follow. I've lost 4 pounds, and I'm sure its water, too...I'm eating grapefruit every morning, and that goes after that excess body fluid! Hoping we all can start to see some disappearing fat next week...til then, keep crunching!

Water, fat, chocolate. Pounds are pounds, whatever they're made of. Celebrate losing them! (But don't celebrate with more chocolate.) : )

Hi Nan, you asked what Fly Lady's snacks are...I don't think that's on the website,and I have the Body Clutter book, but I didn't read any specific foods for snacks..just low carb, low cal, low fat...fruit, veggies, etc. I think we can have sugar free cookies, etc., but I have elected not to indulge...its too close to the real thing, and I just don't have the discipline to stop at one...on the other hand, I find it easy to stop at one apple! Just common sense, I guess.
