Crunch IN

OK, so I posted a bit waky but MAYBE I'm straight now! No promises!
I'm going to edit this post to be my FIRST CRUNCH IN!

I exercised for the first time in FOREVER!!!!! I don't have an exercise routine b/c I don't exercise! I mean, "haven't exercised" until today... Our family took off to nearby mountains where fall beauty abounded! It made me think on our Creator and how beautiful He is. I was out of the house so my usual pull into the kitchen wasn't a problem. Thank You Lord for a good kick off today to a healthier lifestyle! I love You Lord!

Here's what I did today...

60 minutes of mountain hiking w/family and friends.
I've made a promise to myself that I will not use the elevator UP to our fourth floor apartment unless I absolutely have to. Walked up for only the second time since moving here 2 years ago!!!
Today felt soooooo gooooood!

P.S. I am 8 weeks post-op (complete hysterectomy and removal of both ovaries) well, let's just say... I'M HOT!!!
Now to try and learn the point ticker thingy....

Hiiiii Karen, here we go. I hope this time we can make it with this program. I know you can do it, and we are here to check each other out.

Un saludo

Thanks Ketty! How was your day? We took the family w/Alvarez's and went to Salvalje Iruta (I think). It was where Randy tore his patella tendon 3 yrs ago! Hiked for an hour in the mtn around the lake. It was gorgeous. I'll post pics later. Then I took the stairs to our apt - not bad! Not near as bad as I had envisioned. So, Day 1....GREAT. Hope yours was too! Love you guys!

This is great Karen! I want to get a chat on the blog so we can all chat to each other. I wonder how I can do that. ;)

Hi Karen,
Good to see you on the Crunch list. I didn´t know you´d had a hysterectomy, (me too).
I hope you will get to feeling better from the headaches and that the Crunch will help you (and all of us) feel healthier and with more energy every day. love, Joy
