I'm really excited about this contest, and I feel so encouraged that we're all doing this together. I did 40 minutes of cardio this morning and 20 minutes of weights this afternoon. I got some discouraging news this afternoon, and my first instinct was to go eat something (obviously chocolate) or curl up and take a nap. Instead I turned to the weights and had a really good workout!

Jill, I'm sorry about the bad news, but you made the best choice by going to the weights, instead of the weight! I'm tring to do the same thing...we just keep encouraging each other, and we'll do it!
