Crunch In

Well ladies, you did it again. You forced me to work out first thing in the morning. I couldn't do 50 minutes, but I got in a good 30 minute work out. Yay! Trust me, without the accountability it WOULDN'T have happened.

THANK YOU!

Yesterday I did something I haven't done in over a year! No, it isn't a good "something" ... I was so busy at our corn maze, I had to order PIZZA AND A SALAD FROM PIZZA HUT! Yes, delivery! We were desperate for food and it was all we could do to scarf down some calories in the midst of preschool groups swarming us.

After the pizza fiasco, I reluctantly peeked at the scale this morning, but thankfully I didn't move one ounce. Whew.

Once this maze is closed, I'll be back to a healthier eating routine.

I pray everyone is doing well! I pray each of us will make wise choices today. Happy Saturday!

Psalm 31:24
Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.

No weight gain is success, especially when eating pizza! I'm already thinking of what I'll allow myself to eat during the holidays...it isn't going to be easy, but thank goodness we have each other to hold us up!

Just keep crunchin'!

Praise the Lord for the accountability! I am so glad you were able to exersice. i totally have gotten more active these last couple of days too! Thinking of all the ways I can add points. Oh I know I am the one giving away the prize but I want to be up there with everyone! ;)

Don´t forget to post your points.

Keep Crunchin´for Jesus!

LOL! Loved the comic. I can feel w/ that lady. :-) Praying that exercise and more of a healthy mindset will become more "normal" for me and a great habit.

That corn maze sounds like fun. Wish I was closer to go to it. Sounds like a lot of work too. My family sold fruits and veggies, fireworks, Christmas trees, wood, etc. for years, so understand about work and trying to fit in decent meals is VERY challenging.

Keep at though and crunchin' for the Lord!
