Dani´s Tips (The "Un" authorized version)




1. Drink 2 liters/quarts of water a day. This eliminates the toxins.





2. Get plenty of rest. 8 hrs. ( I have to work on this)




3. Eat light at night.

 


4. Snack on Almonds and raisins (or some dried fruit without sugar) Almonds are a complete protien and natural fat.





5. Limit salt intake -   sodium holds 50x its weight in water. For example, if you eat a pickle the next day you will be holding and extra pound of water!


6. Cut out refined sugar and flour.  (the white kind, ya´ll)


7. Keep Crunchin´ it, Ladies!!!
