Oh I am so glad you made it! I was so concered and praying you would get logged on in time. ;) You did a great post!

I am sorry to hear about your hystirectomy.(sp?) Exercise is key but not overdoing it right away. :)

We have an advantage living in Spain, we walk everywhere! :) Pick up that speed and crunch it for 20 min. That will boost your metabolism and get you burning those calories.

you can do it in Jesus´strength,

Crunchin it!

Way to go lady, you walked up to your apartment today, that´s great. Keep it up, it´s a great way to exercise.
let me know how many times a week you go up to your place, write it down, you´ll be surprised.

un abrazo

Stairs are wonderful exercise! When we went on our cruise last year I was sure I had gained 20 lbs but I was even. I told my husband it was because we walked 3 flights of stairs to get to the food and 3 flights of stairs to do anything else. =) Way to go!

You can do it! Great job walking those stairs. I need to get off to exercising. My son told me he would exercise with me, so I need to get my clothes changed and exercise before lunch. After lunch is oboe lessons for my daughter, and maybe tonight I will use my strider machine for a little - if I'm not dead from my exercise routine. Take it slowly. Has your doctor cleared you to exercise after your surgery? That is important. Your walk yesterday sounded lovely. Wish I could have joined you!
