Well, in my part of the world it is only 9:50pm, and it's the first quiet moment of the day:)
I started out with a good day today, however ended up having my free night tonight. Just happened that way. This morning the scale was down a bit from last week, so that does motivate me. Tomorrow is new with no mistakes, and I am back at it at 6:20am with a friend. Today's exercise was a 30 brisk walk and 10 minutes on the trampoline with the kids... they love it when I jump with them. Hubby even came out and got in on the action!
