crunch in

Today I ate well and did my shredding exercises. I was so tired
yesterday that I did not write, but I did walk a lady from our church
home and jogged back all the way home. It had been a long time since
I could jog and not switch back and forth from jogging to walking.
I've been blaming my knees, but maybe it was lack of practice (:

Great that you got the jog in, and I like what you said about excuses...I will tell myself my back is out, or my knee is out, or my yada yada yada is out...but truth is, most of those pains would be eliminated with a good exercise program and weight loss. I'm so glad we're helping each other see that we CAN do it!
