I had a much better day today. Started off with water and 20 min stretching/ strengthening. Then 60 min of yogalates with daughter. Finally ate - Eating Right frozen meal with water!! School with the kids, a nap, and family night! Getting ready for my 20 min stretching/strengthening and bed. Have a big day tomorrow. Good night fellow crunchers!
