Today was good with the eating. I tried to get in even more fruits and veggies.
Tonight we met some young people in the church at A&W and went bowling.
I resisted the burger, and ordered the grilled chicken and diet Root beer.
At least I didn't feel like I was missing out on the pop. Still not the best,
but the best choice for fast food. We normally don't eat out much, but this
has been a different kind of week, with outings planned.
I did get in a 40 minute walk this morning with a friend. We went at 6:30am and
there was a beautiful full moon. I wish that I had taken a picture to share with you all.
Well, I'm looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow... hoping that I will at least
lose some inches. Good night friends!

Yum! to the root beer. A&W root beer and cream soda are my absolute favorites! Good thing we live 10,000 miles away from being able to have it, or I would be messing up. Good choices on the chicken (I like chicken better than burgers anyway), and the diet root beer. Keep up the good work!

Awesome, Kristy!! I have found I can treat myself to some diet soda. I do on the weekends anyway. being careful not to use it too much because all the chemicals aren´t that great either. :)
