Anyone from Europe that can help me learn to read the labels? Doesn't seem to have "per serving" amounts but per 100g. The package is 120g. There are 12 in one box. Do I figure .1 of every amount listed? Hmmmm Is there a formula that works for every package?
And what is the difference between kcal and kJ? THANKS!

I figure a fraction about. like 120 divided by 12. thats how many grams in each then your fraction 10 over 100. then so that would be yeah... one would be .10 fo the calories. I pretty much can do this with any package.
It´s guestimanting.
Keep on crunchin those calories!
