Well ladies, I just finished 30 minutes of walking and joggin' and 20 minutes of pilates. Getting it in, but right at bedtime:) Yesterday was my day of rest, as it was Sunday... and boy was I glad that I rested, after Nina's post!
I did take a new picture of myself, but figure I'll save it for Wednesday. I don't like my picture taken very often. Hubby says that my body is more toned, and he can tell a change-even though something is wrong with the scale!:)

That´s so great, Kristy that Hubby is starting to notice. The bennies are great!!! Well, worth it to keep on! (trust me!)
