Well, this will be quick my 3 yo took a late nap and wants to play, since everyone else is asleep.
I did okay with my food choices today. I took 45 min walk with the kids on their bikes, so I had to keep moving! Also did my 20 morning min and getting ready for my 20 evening min. I upped the reps last night, so sore again. =)
