Planning vs. Panicking
A little planning will keep you from falling off the wagon. Buy an extra turkey while they are cheaper during the holidays. Cook it and separate the meat into freezer bags. When in need of a quick, low-calorie meal, don't go through the drive-in, just thaw out a bag of turkey and pair it with some veggies (that you cut up earlier that week and stored in Tupperware containers in the fridge). It takes away your excuse that there is nothing to eat in the fridge.
