We made it back safely from our trip to southern Spain. I didn´t eat till I was stuffed, and was wanting to exercise (this is a new sensation for me) today, but spent most of the time traveling. When I put on my dress for the wedding this a.m. it looked big - last time I wore it in May, it felt like a body wrap :) My dh says he can tell I´ve lost centimeters, but is hopeing I´m not just rearranging the centimeters (not funny!) I´m going to try and do some exercise before heading to bed. Have a good day in God´s house tomorrow.

That´s great lady, I´m sure Jack is right.
My dh also tells me he can notice my boddy different. Now if I could just see it with his eyes. :-)
