Tip on food.



I have to keep Tami on her toes because she is running away from me. My leg is still injured and I can´t exercise for an hour, what I mean is I can´t walk only exercise, therefore I´m not getting 3 points a day like I used to, and there is no way I can keep up with Jillian for an hour, I did 40 min with her yesterday and it was enough.

Anyway, this is what I ate today.

1. Meatballs, a good source of protein, I made them out of chicken. Add a tomato sauce.
2. Carrots and squash.

I made a cream for the family to eat. Included : carrots, squash, potatoes and salary. But before I mashed it and add the cream, I took out some carrots and squash for me. I´m showing you also the cream that they had, I didn´t have any.

Wow, I noticed in my pic I can see the steam of the meatballs. :-)

I´ll exercise later on tonight.

Ok Tami, I just noticed I must have forgotten to post my points from yesterday, jejejeje because they are not written on my sheet, so wait until I add them all tonight :-)

Great food! You are doing good on choices by the looks.

I have to get back at it after the weekend. I felt like I really splurged. :0

I am playing catch up in school and in the house. And now on the blog. But I will get there. And I will exercise today!
