I was able to get 40 min of walking today and 20 min at the park, with "my machines". I already have those 3 videos Dani suggested but I´m not sure I´m ready for them yet, nor my body. I´m waiting for bad weather outside also when I can´t go out and exercise. It seems like time goes faster outside the house.

Well, I already posted a comment about what I think you should do. LOL... ;) But you have one more week before we are down to only 30 days... So count down before you start the Shred. jejeje

btw.. I went back and did level 2 of the shred today with level 3 ab moves. I thought It was going to be eaiser. :/
