Veggies and a hamburguer.
This is what I ate today.
One hamburguer patty, with no bread. I like to cook hamburguers in the oven, no grease that way.
Veggies: green beans, brocoli, red peppers, and mushrooms.
1. As I always do, fry onions and garlic to taste on olive oil.
2. Add the veggies until cook, salt to taste and that´s all.
May times you can buy a bag of frozen vegetables, no prep time, just open the bag and add more flavor with garlic and onions. :-)
Another tasty choice.
