I still weigh in at 127lbs. The diet is still tough. I'm trying to stick to that king/prince/pauper schedule but I still find myself upping the intake as the day progresses. Calorie counting falls apart at the end of the day as well. There must be an easier way to do this. I tried the Live-strong web link but it's a matter of logging!!!! Keep going. Blessings to all!

Week 2: Monday Crunch-In
Today I hit my 3.1 mile running goal (on the treadmill 1% incline) at 36 min. I am going to run my first 5K this Saturday and I know I can do it within reasonable time. Let's just say after mile two my body is screaming for me to stop. I don't like running very much so this will be a goal of will power. It's both a mental and physical challenge. Hopefully my knees and feet cooperate and stay good through Saturday. I also did light weight lifting today but I could tell my body was exhausted.
