Wk4 - Wed. Measurements - Joy

I was so excited about doubling our points today, but my body is NOT cooperating. After the increase in the exercises (with Jillian) I´ve only lost 1 cm. in the chest area.
No weight loss either - back to where I was last Wed. so no points, but I´m not quitting. This Thanksgiving, I am thankful for Dani´s idea (and all the work involved) to do the Crunch and in a special way to God for helping me to stick to it and for the WONDERFUL result of feeling so much better! I´m also thanking all you Crunching partners who are so supportive. May your Thanksgiving be special.
Love,
Joy

I am very happy for you gaigning confidence, better fitting clothes, and good health. Keep crunching.
I don´t see much change on me either, specially after 4 weeks I think I a have los just 1 kilo, (less inches though, not much) but we have to look at the long run. We have to see what will we look like next summer at camp, and I am sure I will see a change in you. I´m hoping to lose at least 1 kilo a month.

Keep crunching, please :-) you are doing great.

I ditto everything Ketty said. I dedicated to a whole year last January and reached it 2 months early.

I am so Thankful for you too, Joy. This Challenge wouldn´t be the same with out you. ;)

I really only measured once a month when I started the dvd´s. Didn´t know about measuring in the beginning.

Lord, willing we can keep up the encouragemtent. I am so glad you posted even though there wasn´t much change in volume this week. I will be doing more special things through out the last half stretch as they come to me. :)

Big crunchin hugs.
