Well, I did decide to go ahead and measure today. I am not seeing as big of changes as I was at the beginning of the Crunch, I think because I am getting pretty close to my goal. Here are my last week's measurements compared to the new ones. On the final post I will post the first ones compared with the very last.

I highlighted the few changes that have taken place over the past week.
I did some workout time today. I did my Step Up to Fitness DVD for 45 minutes and 25 minutes on 9 on my elliptical. It is good to be back home, and get back to my fitness schedule.
