Tip on food.

I don´t know about you, but I love chocolate chips cookies. But as you know they have white sugar and flour.
This is the recipe I found and I´m going to make them as it says, with whole wheat flour, and instead of adding white flour I´ll just add more brown sugar.
I´ll let you know how they turn out.

WHEAT FLOUR CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
3/4 c. walnuts (optional)
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add soda and flour. Stir in nuts and chips. Bake 12 minutes.

Hey, Try reducing the sugar in half and see what happens. You may still like them :)

So Ketty, Did you like them or not?
