13v days Macrobiotic diet (In English)






BREAKFAST EVERY DAY : coffee or tea with a toast (wheat bread)
MONDAY
LUNCH: 1 or 2 beef steaks with, salad with lettuce and tomatoes, the dressing has to be a Tb of oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.
DINNER : 2 boiled eggs, chard and spinach sauted on olice oil and garlic.( you can eat as much as you want)


TUESDAY
LUNCH: 1 big beef steak, a salad made of lettuce with 1 TB of olice oil, vinegar and salt (for dressing) Fruit, whichever you like,
DINNER : Ham or turkey ham, as much as you want, and a fat free 0% calories yougurt.


WEDNESDAY
LUNCH : 2 boiled eggs, green beans.( you can eat as much as you want) tomatoes and fruit, whichever you want.
DINNER: Ham or turkey ham, a salad made of lettuce with 1 TB of olice oil, vinegar and salt (for dressing).


THURSDAY
LUNCH: 1 boiled egg, boiled carrots and sauté them with olive oil and garlic, and 200. grams of fresh white cheese
DINNER : fruit salad, any kind you want, and a fat free 0% calories yougurt.


FRIDAY
LUNCH : one big grilled white fish with a tomatoe.
DINNER : 1 or 2 beef steaks with, salad with lettuce and tomatoes, the dressing has to be a Tb of oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.


SATURDAY
LUNCH : grilled chicken with a tomato (as much chicken as you want)
DINNER : 2 boiled egss and shredded carrots with lemon.


SUNDAY
LUNCH: a grilled steak and fruit
DINNER. You can eat whatever you want here, but with moderation.


-You can do this diet only during 13 days.
-You can lose 11 to 17 pounds.
-It will change your metabolism.
-Drink up to 2 liters of water.

This diet does look ok. It allows fruit at the end that´s good. ;) hope it really helps boost your metabolism.

Afte 2 days I have lost 1 kilos. (2.2 pounds) which is great because I had geined that kilos last week no idea why.
Anyway, today wil be my third day, le´t see if I can make it until the end :-)

The good thing is I can eat as much as I want.

Carrie, for the morning toast I have used olive oil on the toast or butter and SF jelly also.
