I'd actually made a video for this blog but can't get it up loaded :o( will try again later when I've more time.
Doing well on the exercise side with all the renovation exercise, it's a real good workout on the arms and as I try not to bend and stress my back, there's lots of squats too!! Foodwise, not so good. Meals on the run and late night suppers don't help the needle on the scales to go down though I'm sticking to fruit for snacks so hopefully it'll all even out.
Just like Kristy I'm heading out of town tomorrow, for a conference in Belgium, at a Châteaux near Brussels no less (woo hoo!!), back late Saturday. See you all then.
