Results for the first week

Was I supposed to post before the week was over?

Today, after a week of "springing" my measurements are as follows:

My measurements Week 2

Height: 161 cm 5 ft 3 in

Weight: @ 57.8 (@127 lbs) 56.8 :) (-.9)

Bust: 96 cm
37.8 in 95 cm (-1 cm)

Chest: 80 cm
31.5 in 78 cm (-2 cm )

Waist: 70 cm
27.5 in 70 cm :( (same)

Hips: 96 cm
37.8 in 95.5 cm (-.5)

Right Thigh: 54.5 cm
21.5 in 54 cm (-.5)

Left Thigh: 54 cm
21.2 in 54 cm (same)

Right Arm: 28 cm
11 in 28 cm (same)

Left Arm: 27.5 cm
10.8 in 27 cm (-.5)

Total loss week 1: 4.5 cm ; .9 kilograms

I'm actually pretty happy, since I have been pretty "permissive" on the diet part. I have done OK though with the exercise part.
Let's see if I can see my waist getting smaller soon.

YOu posted one post last week and this is the post for Week 2. so you are on track. ;)

One per week. If you want to post more that´s ok.. but only one point per week for the Springy Journals.

You did great on the exercise part by the looks of it. I didn´t measure though. I will next week.

Wow, Maribel, way to go. It is amazing how many have not done that much in the way of diet, but with just the exericise, have been able to see progress. So when we put the 2 together, imagine what can happen. Have a good day.
