5 Points for Dani Joy- Springy Journal #6

I am so psyched about my 5 points today! I walked, swam, and climbed stairs!

Maybe I will see my new goal, yet!

Also, I did No more Trouble Zones dvd twice this week. Wednesday I was sick so I did Leslie Sansone´s Walk this way and some ab and core work.

Can´t wait till next week, Nix the Fix!

That's amazing!
Hubby has really helped me this week. I've had some weak moments, but he helped me to stand strong. I've seen 3 pounds lower than my plateau weight! That took 5 days! It's sure not going to be quick:(

Make that SIX pounds gone today!!!!

We are dying, so we are going to have a free day tomorrow, and get back at it Tuesday. Hopefully, this won't affect me too much.... just give me some sanity:)

Great job! it does take discipline that´s for sure. I is great that your hubby is helping. I use to gain weight cause Joseph always wants to be gaining. today he weighs 44 pounds than me! we use to weight the same. Yikes.

Eating right for life is what is so important. finding what works for your body type and sticking to it. It´s what I have to keep in mind.

I am so glad you are doing this with us! Next week will help a lot. NIX the Fix. You will get points for all your good food choices.
