I joked with my family, that I'd better cut down on calories so that I don't look like a judo player soon (so far so good).
My goal is to see 55 in the scale. Right now I am at 56.4. With four weeks to go, I should get there, with a little bit of effort. As you all know, those last pounds, which is were I try to stay normally, are the hardest. Hang in there everyone! If nothing else, even when we fail, you are better off than if you did not work towards anything. We must live fighting the results of the fall in all aspects of our lives! ;)

That is so awesome that your co workers are noticing! How great you got to get some new clothes, too!
I totally agree. these last few pounds are a bear to get off. I have been doing over an hour of work outs for more than a week. I was a little discouraged this am. cut out my night time snack, and just had tea, worked out extra hard - the shred and an other half hour of the Trouble zones DVD but I was up over a kilo! I have been trying to figure it out all morning.
So your post was very timely for me. You are an encouragement for me! We can keep at this thing! And like you said, it´s for life. I know when I stop and start munching again I gain immediately. So we have to take care of ourselves.
