Springy Journal

I know I'm really late, and probably you think I've quit participating. I'm still here, but some days have been better than others. It's hard to believe we're almost done with February. I measured this week too, but no changes on the scale or measuring. Here is what I have been doing.

Tuesday 2/16/10 20 minutes (only!) elliptical
Wednesday 2/17/10 Regular shopping and errand day. 1 hour walking. 40 minutes on elliptical.
Thursday 2/18/10 30 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes stretching and toning exercises.
Friday 2/19/10 45 minutes Creative Aerobics
Saturday 2/20/10 20 minutes walking and stair climbing
Sunday 2/21/10 Rest day
Monday 2/22/10 1 hour ice skating
Tues 2/23/10 40 minutes snow shoveling
Wed. 2/24/10 1 hour walking, 40 minutes elliptical
Thurs. 2/25/10 Full Circuit DVD 50 minutes
Fri 2/26/10 Creative Aerobics DVD for 50 minutes
Sat 2/27/10 Rest day

I think you and I are almost on a maintanance fitness journey now. I would like to drop a bit more but am content.
