Looks like you´ve been working hard on the food choices. I´m trying to tell my brain and my body that I don´t need something sweet (dessert) after lunch and supper. Sure wish it would get the message : )

Dani, a question...
what do we do when we go up 1 cm.? And also a question about exercise. I´m going to work back up to 30 min. but does that count for 2 points? Just wondering. Thanks.

Just so you know... I commented on your comment on my Nix the Fix. I have been SO busy lately and missed being on here SO much!
oh Joy don´t subtract points just don´t add points till you get back down to what you were.
and only count the grand slam 4 points for a full hour. then only 1 pt for 20 min as norma. It´s a special point bonus for an hour.
