I did increase my exercise time to 60 minutes most of the days this week.  My food choices and portion sizes were not always the best.  My weight fluctuated from day to day, but today it was .4 kilos higher than last Tuesday.  My over all body size decreased 2 cm, but some areas are larger this week.  I think I really need to watch more on what I eat and how much I eat.  I think that post about Food Portions put on by Dani Joy was very interesting.   I'm planning on watching more carefully my daily food portions and see if that helps.  :-)

Dani, Thanks for all of your work in setting this challenge up. It has been making me work harder. I'm not a very aggressive person. I need a push now and then. Mostly NOW! I try to be very faithful, so even though my motivation level is low, my stick-to-it level is high. I'm a follower by nature, and I'm trying to keep up with you all. I'm in this for the life.
