Slank Water "Dirty Water" SJ #9

I weighed in finally after many weeks at
129!

Trick #1
Add 20ml.Slank water to 1.5 liters of water. Drink all day.


Trick #2
Eat fruit at night. and drink water! (I had a couple sf ww cookies with strawberries and no chocolate.)

Trick #3
Run, Run, Run!(or any kind of high intensity cardio)

I am praying to see this work for the next week at least. I want to see my goal!
125 here I come!

What´s in this Slank water?

Here are the ingrediants. Maybe you can find something similar for you. (beware: many many trips to the bathroom!)

I don´t like the fructose and aspartame part, but a few weeks on it is ok.

I have to be honest here... I am not a fan of stuff like this.

I'm totally alright with protein water and things along those lines, but things that make you shed extra water weight or weight in general in a short period of time is not good. It's considered a "quick fix" and will only come back once you stop adding the supplement.

I'm only saying this because I've done it ALL... and the only things that work are hard work, determination, and sticking with natural things that make you shed water weight or lbs... Like celery, cucumbers, & other fruits and veggies - they have a natural ability to help the body get rid of extra water, along with many other great things!

This one reason that I've been SO disappointed in Jillian Michaels. She talks in her books about how "Bad" supplements and pills are, but yet she has now come out with her own diet pill and "fat bunner". FRUSTRATING!

Yeah.. I totally agree.. this slank water is natural for the most part. ;0 But I don´t do pills or anything else. I just needed a bit of a boost and motivation. Gonna stop as soon as it´s gone cause I don´t want to buy anymore.

I totally thought Jillian wasn´t going to do any of those things too. anyway.. guess they all do for money.

I still swim on Fridays and Sat. just that this past Fri. and Sat I couldn´t. It´s been cold though. and I burn the same amount of calories swimming as I do running.. just takes me a little bit longer swimming. It´s also cold and hard to motivate myself to get into the pool. they don´t heat it enough for me. jeje

Thanks for your ideas on that stuff. I don´t do it very often. and It had an adverse affect when I mixed it with cranberry juice and extra water the last time I tried it. but this time It´s helping me to get my water intake which I realized I wasn´t drinking enough.
