OOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEEEEEEEE OOOOOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE OOOOOOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEEEEEEEE (I´m singing here)
Ok, this is really strange for me. Last week I haven´t exercise as hard as I have been doing it. Ok, I did walk 6 days but only did Jillian 2 times. And my weight REALLY got to the number I was hoping. I lost 2.2 pounds (1 kilo). I guess what did it was eating right. I´ve done pretty well with my food choices, specially at night, eating light like Dani said.
I also noticed some days a months I weight less than other days, for whatever reason my body fluctuates. But it´s ok, I´m happy. I don´t know how long will I be able to keep this numbre 63 on my scale but I´m thrilled.
My weight was stock in the number 64.somehing for almost 5 weeks, since week 4 until now, so yes, I am very happy to see number 63.
I guess I´ll have to make a new goal, number 62.9, but it sounds too ambitious to me, I will probably have to wait 5 more weeks to see that :-)

Bust: 38 in. 37 in. - 37.5 inc.
Chest: 32 in 31.5 in. same
Waist: 32.5 in 31.5 in. same
Hips: 38.5 in. 37.5 in. same
Right Thigh: 20 in 20 same
Left Thigh: 20 in 20 same
Right Arm: 10.5 in. 10 in. same
Left Arm: 10.5 in. 10 in. same

Weight to go!!!! Good for you Ketty. I know all about the weight up and down, but so glad we are all making progress in so many areas. What a victory for us personally to see God helping us achieve our goal. Love you,

I donated a pint of blood yesterday :-) so I hope that´s not the reason my weight was so low. If that´s the case I will be donating blood evey month, lol lol lol.

woooo hooo!!! this is great!!! awesome job girl! These challenges have been a huge booster!
It´s ok if it takes 5 weeks to get another kilo off at least it will stay off!
