From the Backside! SOF Journal wk 4


This is what I look like from the backside now!
 I was shocked.
I almost didn´t recognize me. I mean where did my butt go?

We went hiking at the end of May. It was so fun!
 I loved being outside and on the coast!



Here I am! jeje Basking in the sun! No longer a beached whale.

All my measurements are the same this week. I am eating probably too much. After running and doing my strength training I am super hungry. Trying to keep making healthy choices at night. I am fluxing still from 124-127 and back down again. Lord willing.

I am wanting to do that liver cleanse that Ketty posted about, but don´t know if I should do it before my race or after. Any suggestions?

Going running tonight and doing the 5k with Joseph tomorrow again. He said he would run the route with me.

Thanks Sarah! I really need the motivation now more than ever. I could just put the weight back on so easily.

When is the race? it doesn´t really matter when you do it, but DON´T do it the day before. :-)
