So This is the End ...

... of our five week journey. =(
The Christmas Crunch starts soon!
Well, I've learned the most the last 2 weeks. It's about the little changes and making them fit. I'm assuming eventually the big changes will be visible. =)
Totals:
Weight: this week I lost 1 pound which makes a total of -0.6 (because of the addition the week before)
Bust: no change, Chest: -0.25, Waist: -2.5!, Hips: -2!, Arms: no change, R Thigh: -1.25, L Thigh: -0.25 Total: 6.25 inches!
Since I started last October ...
Weight: -4.2, Bust: -4.25, Chest: -3.75, Waist: -9, Hips: -7.5, R Arm: -1.25, L Arm: -1.25, R Thigh: -2.25, L Thigh: -3.5
Very exciting! Can't wait to see where I'll be next October! I'll "see" you ladies soon when the Christmas Crunch starts again!

Yay, Sarah! I am so glad you are keeping at it for the Christmas Crunch! Look at those - numbers! awesome! It´s all about looking forward.

Did you want to post your points up in the ticker? It´s ok if not. I was just curious.

Big hugs,
Dani Joy

Thanks Dani!
I didn't really keep track of my points for the ticker. Sorry. It was more just about making sure I remembered to measure and weigh. I've noticed over the last year that if I'm too busy to remember to measure and weigh then I'm too busy to "be" healthy. =)
I really appreciate you commenting on my posts. =)
Your points are awesome! It makes me tired seeing how much you are exercising and knowing that you are crazy busy with traveling and homeschooling and practices and ... You are doing great keeping up with the exercising!
We are looking forward to seeing you at the end of the month!
Thanks again! for hosting this!

I totally understand about the measuring. I am so glad you are doing that. No problems about the points this time. I just really did it to show the seminar ladies how it was going to work for the Christmas Crunch. I am so excited about this one. I am always excited about our challenges.

It is so awesome that we are able to do it together!

Thanks for the encouragement too! I need it to keep on, too.

Big hugs,
Dani Joy
