8 glasses of water a day!!!!!!

Okay, I accepted the challenge for drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I actually did it. It filled me up but I hope I don't stay up all night doing you know what. If I do, I will be thinking of you, Dani. :) I guess this will happen until I get used to it. I filled up a pitcher with 64 oz. of water then filled up my glass from there. It was an easy way to keep track of the water. I did realize that I wasn't drinking enough. So it's good to have the reminder and the motivation of being able to post another point.

I measured myself today and found that I lost an inch and a pound. It was a great feeling to see results from all the hard work. Praise the Lord!!!!!

I have noticed, that not only am I seeing physical changes but my stress level is way down. I am able to sleep better at night too. That's a big plus. Sleeping well at night was something I have not been able to do before I started working out. Another Praise the Lord!!!!!

It's also so neat to see my son encouraging me. When I told him that I may not be ready for level 2, he said, "No way, mom, I know you can do it!" How wonderful is that!

Thank you, to all of you, for your encouraging posts.

Charlie

How cool is that!! Way to go Trevor! That´s what you need for sure. I have Michael doing it with me sometimes too. LOL Today he said he could do it with the 5# weights. uhhgg. I was like "he probably could!"

I saw the points for the pound and inch! Way to go!! Praise the Lord!
This is what it´s all about.

I need to do the pitcher idea cause I think I lost count of my glasses. I drank something like 6 - 16oz glasses today. But that can´t be right... anyway. I got a bunch of water in.
I wasn´t drinking enough and I know it cause I was bloated!

big hugs,
Dani Joy

Hi Charlie,
I'm going with the 8+ glasses of water a day too. I was up once last and once the night before because I couldn't wait till morning. Glad you're sleeping better too!
