Boingo Boingo Exercise!

This is what I did over the weekend for some added comedy relief, and it got my heart rate up through the roof!

We had Boingo Boingo competitions. The young ones sure were able to stay on the longest. I think I could have gone on longer except that after having kids, jumping is not the same.

Go on now, have a try! You know you want to.

Hi Dani,
That reminds me of my old pogo stick. I used to be able to jump forever. Well, as a young teen, it felt like forever. Great job! I'm not sure I'd last but 2 or 3 jumps now. Your boys were really excited about you doing it. That's great family fun!

Dani,

I've been trying to add my points this week and the ticker keeps saying I have the wrong name. I thought I used "kathryn" last week and that worked. Any suggestions? I did try "kathy c", and "kathryn c", but no luck with the ticker.

Thanks, Kathryn Carlisle :-)

I know what you mean about the jumping thing. I do not enjoy jumping at all anymore. I know what a party pooper.:) I think that's the thing that I like the least about the 30 day shred. She sure likes to jump.

It looked like a lot of fun though. I bet it is a great workout.

Kathryn, you got into your ticker then?

That´s cool you had a pogo stick. I think they would have been so awesome to try. Wish I could jump more now.

Sherry, I think you can buy them in the toy stores. LOL It sure is a fun toy.

Charlie, I totally had a hard time with the jumping on the shred but I soon learned that´s what built my endurance. It´s called Plyometrics. all Athletes use it to increase endurance and to make them all around better at their sport. go figure! I just have to be sure to wear something protective. lol

Love you all! I am praying for you today!

Crunchin´it with ya,
