http://www.dailymile.com/ is a wonderful tool as Charlie said. I use it now more than ever to tell me how far I have gone and my calories burned. And it is all free!

What a gorgeous run. A beautiful time to pray! Just a little difficult with all the hills. Thus the slower time. I really thought I had done more like 4 miles. Oh well, next time. Slowly working up to be able to run more. Inspired by my running cousins! Thanks Jennifer and Mirabell! Also, Charlie who has walked over 13 miles this week already! yikes!
There are widgets that you can add to this blog too if you are interested. We had them before, but I thought it was a lot at first and too confusing. If more get interested in using Daily Mile we can post the widgets on our blog too. Just let me know if you would like that.
