Fall Back!

This weekend we fall back in time with our clocks.  Well, I think my body decided to do the same.  The .5 kilo that I lost last week came back as.4 kilos this week.  Oh well,  I'm looking forward to this being a better week.    However,  we'll be traveling two 9 hour days.  I'm going to try Dani's tip about exercising in the car, or I'm a goner for sure.  I'll be bring lots of water, carrots, and apples on the trip also.  Hopefully these things will help.  I'm up to one hour a day of exercise for six days a week, I've cut back on my eating, and I'm working on eating much slower.  It seems that these should produce great results, but my progress is still slow, but sure!  I sometimes feel like the tortoise from the fable, "The Tortoise and the Hare."   Well,  as slow as it may be, I'll be coming along with you all.   I'm still in this race.  ( I just might be late at the finish line!)

You know it! It´s the slow steady loss that will stay. Your body will not be so apt to gain it back if you lose it slow. It took me a year and half to lose 40#.

Also, I brought cheese with me for protein on my trips. I love those little wrapped red ball cheeses. Do you know them? It was great having my own snacks for trips. I have to get back to that too.

Oh Anne, we don´t fall back in the States till this weekend I think.
In Spain they do it earlier.

Oops! Yes, Spain falls back this Sunday, Oct. 31st. USA falls back on Nov. 7th. Sorry for the confusion!

Dani, we are going to Valencia for my husband to preach at Javier and MariCruz's church. Oh, I like the idea of the cheese too. Thanks!
