Howdy!

First I'd like to thank Dani Joy for putting this together and all her efforts from now until the end. It is greatly appreciated.
My name is Kim and I'm new to the crunch. I'm really excited about getting started.
My fitness goals are to lose between 10-15lbs or one pant size. Whichever comes first. I've been the same weight for 2 years and have struggled to lose a pound.
I'm weird in the respect that I really enjoy working out and am already on a bit of a workout routine. There are days that I need motivation as do most of us.
My starting weight is 180. I'm 6 foot tall and am a size 14. There I said it. LOL!

I'll leave you with one of my favorite verses.

Psalm 18:32

It is God who arms me with strength,
         And makes my way perfect.

Have a fabulous day ladies!

Great post! It'll be fun getting to know you. It's great that you are already on a fitness program, I am too (sort of). I'm counting on this challenge to keep me accountable. So, let's get to it.

Hi Kim! This is Lynn. First, thank you for your example in reaching out to meet all the ladies in this challenge. I was encouraged to do the same :)...We share a passion for exercise and I too never lose weight. I'm gonna try to eat better (key word-try) and see if that works...Happy to be your FFFF!
