Katie Carlisle, CCCII Journal, and testimonies

Hello! My name is Katie Carlisle and this is my first time trying a fitness blog. I graduated from college (International Baptist College, AZ) this past May, so I'm still getting into a routine of this new stage of life. The Lord has been providing in numerous ways over the past four years. Even though I'm not really sure what I'm doing now that I'm out of college, I can look back and encourage myself by seeing how God has led me thus far. I now work full-time in the church Print Shop, and I love making presentations, DVDs, taking photos, and doing graphic designing. My mom mentioned this group to me, and since I have a hard time motivating myself when I'm alone, I thought this would be a blessing and encouragement to exercise regularly. College helped me gain weight, but now I would like to lose some of it (I would love to lose 30lbs.) :-)
