Thanksgiving leftovers are gone

And with this new week I decided to start it out right.... Did the very last workout of the Couch 2 5K program. Week 9 Day 3 done and I felt great afterwards! Yippee. Worked on the "adult playground" machines in the park afterwards to get up to 1 hour and then spent the rest of the morning "running" around (errands). Wish I could get points for that kind of running too. Ü
