This weekend was very busy. Yesterday, the ladies at our church made a trip to Phoenix for a shopping day. It was so much fun. I didn't get a chance to workout, but felt that all the walking in the mall made up for it. I'm not going to give myself points for it, since it's not a formal workout. My legs and arms were so sore by the end of the day, it felt like a great workout. The reason my arms were sore was because I got a good deal on some floor mats for my car and I had to carry them all the remainder of the shopping trip which was several hours. I guess in a way it's good because it turned out to be a great workout for my arms.
Today, I started out with the 30 Day Shred, Level 3. I was amazed at how much easier some of the moves were. That means I'm getting stronger. Then I went to church. After church I shopped for a few more things that I needed for my 2 week vacation, then took my rabbit and turtles over to a friends house that is watching them while I'm gone. Right now I'm doing laundry.
Tomorrow my son and I will do school, then we get to pack for our trip. We are going to take my sister out for her birthday dinner at an all you can eat seafood buffet. I am planning on eating crab legs dipped in lemon instead of butter. I'm glad she wanted to go to a seafood buffet, because it is easier to make wise food choices. I am also planning on starting my day with the 30 Day Shred again, and I'm hoping I can squeeze in sometime to take a walk.
