a tip from the wii fit plus
According to the wii fit plus (which gives "free" unsolicited fitness tips when you sign in) as you age you lose fitness and strength from the lower body up. this was the tip it gave me before encouraging me to click on some of the lower body workouts. So ladies, strengthen your legs with a good brisk walk, jog or some lunges today and help slow down the aging process.
