Alice D journal post #2

Week 1 is over and I am feeling like I've gotten a sluggish start. But considering I have let myself go as far as eating junk and totally abandoning workouts since the end of the Christmas Crunch, I can't expect everything to turn around overnight. I have made a conscious effort to get moving and workout a couple times this week. As the weather improves I will make every effort to carve out time to go walking and jogging outside and hopefully work back up to where i was in the fall (jogging 30 minutes without stopping or walking).

Keep those goals in mind, Alice. I know you will get it back.

I am trying to get off a few extra pounds from the holidays too. I am thinking I know what I need to do to not let that happen again. It´s for life. I gotta keep at this thing so I don´t have any yo yo affects.
