Black Coffee!!!!


Tip:  Exercise expert Johanna Hall suggests drinking a cup of black coffee or green tea 30 to 45 min. before exercise helps burn fat. 

Sharla´s exercise - Thursday, 20 min. jogging with stretching= 1 point, Friday the same = 1 point, Saturday, 40 min. walk = 2 points

I love my coffee. I always have a large cup in the mornings to get me started. I would drink it more often, but know that to much of anything isn't good.

It definitely helps me to keep going though.
