3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
12 ounces lean ground turkey
1 cup minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 large egg whites
2 garlic cloves, minced           (This isn´t them. Just a random picture)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1. preheat the oven to 400ยบ

2. Combine cilantro, dill, and parsley in a small bowl. Combine 4 1/2 tablespoons of this herb mixture, turkey, and next 7 ingrediants (onion through garlic) in a large bowl. Shape into 46 1 inch meatballs.

3. Spread olive oil over bottom of a jelly roll pan; ( I used a pampered chef baking dish and a cookie sheet)
arrange meatballs in a single layer, and turn lightly to coat. Bake 15 min. or until done, turning once.
While hot, sprinkle with the remaining herbs. Serve hot.

I had to improvise a little with the herbs. Didn´t have all the fresh cut ones. They just started to sell cilantro in the stores here. I also used 2 whole eggs. If you are really needing to lose weight, just use the whites.

We served them over rice. You could use whole grain rice or just have them by themselves. We also poured some A1 sause on them. LOL. I went very light on that. There is sugar in A1. uhhgg. But they do need some kind of sauce in my opinion. Maybe some sugar free BBQ.

I really, look forward to trying this recipe again, and doing it even better.

Hope you enjoy it as I did. My goal is to post a recipe a week from Jillian Michael´s book Making the Cut.

Did you feel the needed sauce b/c they are dry or lacking in flavor?

Sounds like a really good recipe. I think that instead of bbq sauce I would probably like to serve it with diced tomatoes, diced onion and soy sauce. I guess that's the filipino in me coming out. LOL I bet this would be could on a bed of cooked quinoa. Hmm.. I'll have to try it. Thanks for the recipe
