I got this from Jillian Michael´s Fat burn recepies HERE.

We varied it by adding sour cream, lettuce, some slices of cooked chicken and salsa! I would think you could add any variety of veggies. Just remember it adds to the calories too. ;) We burned alot of calories today playing Basketball so, I figured I needed the little extra. This meal is loaded with protein.

oh I soak the beans overnight and then I cooked them all morning. Just boiling them and voila they are ready.

Oh....I make something similar. Only I use pinto beans. Did you know that it freezes well too? Of course without the veggies. Then you can microwave it when you want to eat one. Add the veggies after microwaving if desire. Sometimes I'll make a bunch and freeze them. Then when we need a quick dinner, walla......

Sounds about like what we do for chicken fajitas. I saute chicken breasts, onion and garlic in olive oil, and add fajita seasoning. Yum!
