End of First Week Report

Today is the first day of our new week. Well.....it's not going so great. I was up most of the night with my dog. She was throwing up and whining alot. I had to run to the store to pick up some medicine. So this morning I feel like I'm running just to get everything done that needs to be done today. I pray that I eventually catch up and get some fitness in today.

I was amazed with my results from last week. I was beginning to wonder if my heart monitor is correct in how high my heart rate would get during my exercises, or if my calculations for how many calories burned were correct. Well, I'm happy to say that it is correct. Here are my new measurements:

Weight: 142.5, a weight lost of 3 lbs for a total of 15 pts.

Inches lost: bust -.5", waist -.5", right arm - .5", right thigh - .5, left thigh - .5" for a total of 2.5" inches lost, which earned me 5 pts.

Grand total pts. for last week 20 pts. Yay!!!

I thinks its funny that my right arm is now the same size as my left arm but my right thigh is still bigger than my left thigh. Maybe as I go on, my right thigh will even out.

Praise the Lord that I was able to stick to my fitness goals last week of exercising 6 days a week. I do 3 days of No More Trouble Zones and 3 days of walking 5 miles. Although I was able to walk 7 miles yesterday. Did you know that briskly walking 7 miles at an average heart rate of 145 in 110 minutes will burn over 1,000 calories? It's so exciting and so motivating. I praise the Lord for it all.

We'll see how this week goes. It's going to be a challenge but I'm determined to keep springing.

Girl, you lost 3lbs!! amazing! Well, it´s 5 points per pound! not 2. You are going to blow me away with that.
Great job! Better adjust that ticker. ;)
Hope you were able to catch up a bit.

Praise the Lord for the results!

Springing with ya,

Oh, my head is reeling with everything I still need to do. I'm stressing...........

Thanks for correcting me on my points. I will edit the post.

Also, I can't thank you enough for recommending the heart monitor. It's so motivating.

Definitely, I'm so thankful that the Lord has made it so I can do as much fitness as I did.

I will have to tell you what all the Spaniards tell me. "Tranquilo" jeje
It means "calm down". I need it sometimes but sometimes it makes me mad. LOL

I will pray you get it all done. Well, you will get what you get done. the rest well, it wasn´t suppose to get done. That´s how I have to look at it sometimes. I am sorry Tracy is sick. I know that´s stressful too.

big hugs to you and Trev. Miss you guys.

Love

Definitely, the heart monitor is worth it. Sometimes it scares me though. LOL!!!!

I got mine really cheap on ebay. It was brand new too. Like less than half off.
