Throwin' them out there...

Hi again, Ladies.

I hesitated greatly about doing my measurements, especially since I am 19 wks pregnant, but I think I needed the reality check. And I hope, with the exercise and eating better, that I will see inches lost, at least in some places while I know others will go up. Again, I am hoping that my weight will maintain or just go up a little as the baby gets bigger.

On 2-15 On 2-16 201.6 lbs
Bust 43"
Chest 38"
Waist 44"
Hips 46"
Arms - Left 13 1/2" Right - 13 1/2"
Thighs - Left 25 1/2" Right 26"
Calves - Left 16 1/4" Right 16"

That was harder than I expected...although not as difficult as getting the tape measurer, which is ALWAYS on my desk, actually out and on my body. Even before we knew we were pregnant, I was at my biggest, outside of the last couple months of pregnancy. I want to be healthier, I want to set a better example of eating right and moving for a fun and active lifestyle, not to lose, for my 3 girls and the baby. I do not want to give myself a preventable disease, which I fear I could be close to.

Thank you, Dani Joy, for creating this group, and thank you, ladies for being real women of God willing to share your journey.

Cindy

Ok.. so we will look for changes in your thighs, calves, arms and you should measure your butt excuse me for saying it. jeje We won´t worry about your bust or waist. those are going to grow and probably your hips too. I want you to definately focus on the parts that we can work on and get points for. Don´t worry about any negative points for the growth in your waist (obviously), hips or bust.

This is the first time I have had someone pregnant on one of the challenges, so I want to be careful. Please don´t overdo it.

What do you plan to do daily for exercise? Could you send me your projected plan or post it? of course you know your body too and can tell if you are doing too much.

Praying for you and your journey. As well as your little ones!
