TOMATE CON MOZZARELLA

INGREDIENTES:

2 Tomates grandes
150 grs de queso Mozzarella
40 grs de aceitunas negras
1 latita de Anchoas
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Orégano


PREPARACION:

Cortar los tomates en rodajas como de 1 cm de grosor. Colocar ya en la fuente, salar y extender un chorrito de aceite sobre ellos.

Colocar una rodaja fina de queso mozzarella y un filete de anchoa en cada una de las rodajas de tomate. Espolvorear orégano por encima y repartir las aceitunas alrededor de la fuente.

Nota:
Si no se dispone de queso Mozzarella, también puede servir queso de Burgos.

It´s really easy.
2 large tomatoes
150g Mozzarella cheese
40 g black olives
1 can of Anchovies
1 TBS of olive oil
Oregano

you cut up the tomatoes in slices about 1cm thick. then place them on a plate. Salt and spread olive olil on them.

Place a thin slice of mozzarella and one anchovy on each tomato. Sprinkle the oregano on top and the ovlives around the plate.

You can use any kind of soft white cheese too.

I love all of it except for the anchovies. uuhhhgg. ;)

You know what, I understood everything except for the anchovies. I love anchovies. LOL!! Can't wait to get the ingredients to try it.
